1st catch of the season da ConradStoltz.

CONRAD

My typical swim set:

After 20 years of swimming I find I can get away with hardly any training at all.

I hate counting, so the past 2 years I haven’t counted single workout. I just look at the clock. 30-45min swim time is fine.

I like to do easy 100 IM s till I feel loose (one arm fly) I’ll do a few 100 s of one arm swimming until my stroke feels good. Bythen I’ll watch the clock and see how many more minutes I need to get to 40 or 45 minutes. I’ll do easy to medium 50 s until the time is up.

If I feel good I’ll shorten the send offs of the 50s from 50″ to 45″ or even 40″

warm down is 100 or 200 easy back stroke and free
